Strictly speaking not "blazon" but I invite comments on the suitability of the proposed motto "a fructibus eorum cognoscetis eos" which I believe is taken from Mathew 7:16.

means: "By their fruits shall ye know them". As a motto it sounds pretty good to me (if the subject isn't a mass murderer, embezzler, builder of houses that tend to fall down ......)a fructibus eorum cognoscetis eos
