Registered: The International Register of Arms, 16th July 2020. Registration No. 0560 (Vol.4).

Arms: Azure, a fess bretessed Or between in chief two saltires each of two muzzle-loading cannon barrels and in base a six pointed star Argent.

Crest: Upon the coronet of a Spanish Hidalgo, a Paschal Lamb haloed Or, supporting a staff proper the point Or flying a banner Argent charged with a cross Gules.

Motto: Ad Esse Veracem (Be Truthful).

Design: Arms devised by The Armorial Register Limited with changes to the crest for the recent Certification (addition of coronet) by Dr. Joseph Crews, Persevante León Blanco. Emblazonment by Dr. Joseph Crews, Persevante León Blanco

The coat of arms is certified by The Cronista de Armas de Castilla y León, the Marqués de la Floresta (Spain). For this second certification, which acknowledges the armiger’s status as a Maestranza de Caballería de Castilla, and Noble Compañía de Ballesteros Hijosdalgo de San Felipe y Santiago, the design of the crest was slightly altered, to allow the addition of the coronet, by Dr. Joseph Crews, Persevante León Blanco, who also designed and illustrated the banner. The Badge was designed and illustrated by Dr. Antonio Salmeron Cabañas.

The shield is supported by the crossbow of the Noble Compañía de Ballesteros Hijosdalgo de San Felipe y Santiago. The base of the shield is surrounded by the ribbon and the insignia of the Maestranza de Caballería de Castilla with the honour of the Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic awarded the Maestranza by HM Felipe VI of Spain.

The Armiger is a member of two nobiliary associations in Spain: Ballestero, Noble Compañía de Ballesteros Hijosdalgo de San Felipe y Santiago de Alfaro, and Caballero, Maestranza de Caballería de Castilla; he is also a Vice Justiciar for Spanish Heraldry with the Augustan Society (USA). Knight Commander (KCEG) of the Order of the Eagle of Georgia and the Seamless Tunic of Our Lord Jesus Christ (Europe), Knight (KL) of the Scottish Military Order of the Fleur de Lys  (UK),  Knight Commander

(KCG) of the Royal Order of the Golden Fire Dog (Ghana), Officer (OLJ) of the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem (Worldwide), Fellow (FRAI) of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland, lifetime member of the Royal Society of Saint George (UK), member of the Royal Economic Society (UK), a Knight of the Silver Circle with the Army and Navy Club in Washington, DC, and member of the Yacht Club of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

The Armiger is a former US Army Officer (Field Artillery), Life Member of the American Legion, Perpetual Member of the US Military Order of World Wars (MOWW), Companion of the US Military Order of Foreign Wars (MOFW), member of the US Order of Daedalians for Military Aviators, and recipient of the US Field Artillery Honorable Order of Saint Barbara. He holds a BA in astrophysics and a second BA with double major in history and Spanish with concentration in Latin American Area Studies from Ole Miss, a MBA from Michigan State University, and graduated college preparatory from St. John’s Military School in Kansas.

The armiger’s Coat of Arms represents his background as a former Field Artillery Officer, and his university study in astrophysics. The Paschal Lamb represents Puerto Rico, where he was born, and includes the Spanish heraldic achievements he has earned.
