Per chevron ploye a mullet at the point Sable and Gules fimbriated Argent, in chief two lions rampart and combatant, armed and langued Gules, the Dexter Or and Sinister Argent and in base an American Bald Eagle displayed Proper..
The "rampart" (rampant) is unnecessary. Lions combatant are always rampant.

Is the mantling really sable doubled pink? the "pink" does not match the tincture of the torse, which is nearer to gules, though not quite the same as the gules of the field.

Rampart - noted and deleted.

As for the mantling, whilst we did ask the armiger if he REALLY wanted his mantling to be pink and black (along with explanation of tincture conventions etc) he simply chose to ignore the question/advice. So, we must assume these are his chosen livery colours which are not the same as the principle tinctures of his arms! You can provide advice but ...
