Second/revised edition to Volume One

We have now sold out of all the first editions of Volume 1 which was published, under licence, under the Burke’s Peerage & Gentry brand.
Many of you will already be aware that in 2011, following the financial difficulties Burkes Peerage & Gentry (UK) Ltd encountered which forced them into the sale of the Burke’s brand (the Burke’s brand is now owned by a completely new company), we switched all subsequent publications to our own Armorial Register brand: We now intend to prepare for publication a revised edition of Volume 1 under our own brand.

Many of you have already made minor changes to your online entry since we originally published Volume 1 and therefore, before we begin work on the revised edition, we felt that it would be appropriate to allow a brief period for anyone else who has an entry in Volume 1 to make any minor changes they wish to make. We cannot undertake major changes to your entry and ask that changes are confined to minor revisions only; if you are in any doubt, please feel free to contact us at our usual email address info@armorial-register.com . All minor revisions would be subject to our usual £25 administration fee (this will be invoiced via PayPal). Those who wish to revise their entry will be asked to provide their Consent under the Data Protection Act.
Please ensure that requests for changes reach us prior to the end of November 2021.

For those of you who have not yet registered your arms with us, we are now taking entries for Volume Four – full details can be found on our website http://armorial-register.com.

Regards,
Martin and John
