Having bought all 4 volumes of Dictionary of British Arms. Medieval Ordinary it is now available online:

Volume 1: Anchor to Bend

Volume 2: Bend to Chevron

Volume 3: Chief to Fess

Volume 4: Fetterlock to Wreath

I must say that it does seem rather generous that such a recent publication has been freely released to the general public; the Officers of Arms are not usually so generous with their time. It is most welcome of course.
