With full credit to the magazine of The Heraldry Society of Scotland, I thought that readers would find the way in which the mantling on this hatchment interesting.

An interesting expression of artistic license! - but the lining appears to be Vair, which AFAIK isn't what's registered for either coat in Lyon Register.
