Horatio Nelson's Hatchment

Nelson's funeral hatchment is displayed at his parish church of St Mary the Virgin, Merton, near the end of the north aisle. It uses the last version of his arms, which includes representations of his 4 orders of knighthood.

I have been researching the narrow question of whether a recent purchaser of an English feudal barony is entitled to be addressed as "Lord X", or whether - like manorial dignities - he is simply "Mr. X, Baron of Y".
