The Arms of Reverend Stephen V. Schneider

The Crest of Reverend Stephen V. Schneider The seldom used pale nowy conjoined counter-nowy forms the letter "S" upon the shield. The cross crosslet in the base roundel is taken from the armorial bearings of Father Stephen's former parish, Grace Memorial Episcopal Church, Portland, Oregon (United States Heraldic Registry #20100305A and United States College of Heraldry Registration #3278).

Of the crest, the California Brown Bear and the Edelweiss represent his U.S. and German heritage.

The achievement is ensigned of a galero Sable with single tassels and cords of Sable and Argent indicating the armiger’s status as a priest. The crest is used by his descendants.
