Prince Nicholaos Oldenburg of Greece and Danmark; Great-great-grandson
to H.S.H. Prince Aleksandar I Karageorgevich of Serbia, H.R.M. King
Nikola I Petrovich-Njegosh of Montenegro, H.R.M. King Umberto I of
Italy and H.I.H. Grand Duke Vladimir Aleksandovich Romanov of Russia;
Great-great-great-grandson to Supreme Leader and Commander of the
Serbs, Grand Duke George Petrovich – Karageorge; H.I.M. Emperor
Aleksandar II Nikolayevich Romanov of Russia, Duke Jevrem Nenadovich.
According to the 1930 Family Regulations of the Royal House, H.R.H.
Prince Dimitrije Karageorgevich bears the Title of the Prince of
Yugoslavia.
H.R.H. Prince Dimitrije Karageorgevich was born at Boulogne-sur Seine
(France), 18 June 1958, and has a younger twin brother – H.R.H. Prince
Mihailo Karageorgevich.
H.R.H. Prince Dimitrije Karageorgevich is principal Heraldic Heir to
his father and his late grandfather – H.R.H. Prince-Regent Pavle
Karageorgevich.
According to differencing system developed by Heraldic Officers to the
Princely Branch of the Serbian Royal House of Karageorgevich, the arms
of H.R.H. Prince Dimitrije Karageorgevich are differenced with a label
Azure in Chief, and the Serbian Royal Crown from the arms of his
father and granfather is replaced with a generic heraldic Royal Crown. |
