The three towers represent the bearerís core values forming the core pillars of the solid foundations forming his heritage, life and career along with the values which guide his life; his convictions, beliefs, and his ethics illustrated in one cohesive whole.

The armiger holds an MBA (The International Marketing School at FISP Sao Paulo, Brazil) having previously studied Digital Technology, also in Brazil, and Architecture in Poland.

The Armiger practices in the fields of management, negotiation, risk analysis, leadership, decision-making and competence development according to both PMI and IPMA worldwide methodologies. He is certified to IPMA B level and is enrolled as an IPMA C Assessor. He has dedicated his entire professional life to the telecommunications field, starting his career as a Telecommunications Engineer and moving on to Project Management areas. Fluent in several languages, he is presently a Senior Project/Program Manager with global wide experience.

This Coat of Arms is dedicated to the bearerís father Leopoldas Pazikas (in memoriam) and his mother Aurelia Kowaliauskas (Kowalewski) Pazikas.
