Arms: The arms of the Procurator Fiscal of the Lyon Court impaling quarterly - 1st & 4th Qtr:Azure, three luces haurient Argent in chief and an anchor with a cross bar supporting a pair of balances Or in base. 2nd & 3rd Qt: Parted per fess enarched Gules and Or in chief 2 Chinese Lotus Flowers Argent and in base an open crown Gules.

Crest: On a wreath of the liveries, a wyvern wings addorsed Gules gorged of a crest coronet Or supporting with the dexter claw a double knot Sable.

Motto: VIA UNA COR UNUM (One way, one heart)

Matriculated: Court of the Lord Lyon, 2006.

The Arms of George Way of Plean, Baron of Plean

The armiger is Procurator Fiscal of the Lyon Court (12th February 2003), a graduate of Edinburgh University and senior partner with the law firm of Beveridge and Kellas SCC.

He holds a seat on the Council of the Law Society of Scotland and is President of the Society of Solicitors in the Supreme Courts of Scotland as well as being a member of the Venerable Order of St. John and a Companion of the Order of Malta. The armiger has previously served as Secretary to the Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs but had to reluctantly stand down from this post in order to carry out his duties as Procurator Fiscal impartially.
