The Arms of Ivan Evstropov

The armiger is a Canadian with Vepsan roots (the Veps nation being one of the native Finno-Ugric ethnicities of Russia).

The wooden boat with peculiar crosses is an allusion to the Vepsí culture and tradition. The wolf serves as an allusion to the totem animal of the armiger's grandfatherís grandfather on his mother's side, while the carte blanche (scroll Argent) and dividers stand for the professional experience of the armiger's ancestors.

The crest alludes to the armigerís profession with the Royal Canadian Navy and as an electrician. The heir to the arms is the armigerís son Ryan Evstropov.
