The Registration fee for standard Armorial Bearings is £100.00 or £110.00 if you wish to include extra images such as a pinsel, banner or standard. Please ensure that you have read and understood our acceptance policy before you proceed to the next step.

Once you are satisfied that your armorial bearings conform to the acceptance policy click on the link below which will take you to the application form. If you take a look at one of the already existing armorial records you will gain an understanding of the type of information required for the form.

During this procedure you will be asked to upload the required images in a certain size and format. After submitting the form you will be automatically taken to the payments page. Payment must then be made in order for the process to be completed; the required payment will be either £100.00 or £110.00 depending on the images you wish to be included in your Record. Those who bear arms are invited to apply for registration within the pages of The International Register of Armorial Bearings and can do so by filling in the information on the Application Form and submitting the appropriate fee. It is now possible for any registrant to place a pictorial advertisement on their web page; the purpose of which is to promote the registrant’s own personal website or their business interest, charity, society or club etc. There will be a one off charge of £25 for the service which we feel is excellent value for what is in effect a permanent advertisement. The advert will not be included in the forthcoming Armorial publication (the book) and is for web promotion only; it can be linked if required to an external website.
